To store small and important things
Using small magnets to hold the pieces together went rather well for the golden snitch, so we decided to try it with the portal cube, too. Changing the cube to be magnetic, however, was not that easy. As you can see on the picture, the final cut has five pieces to make the printing process easier.
Gluing the pieces together went well and the painting was the usual, too. Putting a ring in it and taking this picture to suggest a possible usage of it as a wedding ring box.
