Hotend problem again

We rarely printed with the old printer recently, because we had problems with it. This weekend we decided to fix it. Or the very least we tried to fix it.

To do that we had to fully disassembe the hotend. And that's where we stuck. The hotendThis is where the plastic actually melted. It is part of the extruder which contains the pusher and the barrel as well. leaked the plastic somewhere and in the it glued the whole thing together. The soft aluminium parts were weaker then the plastic. As you can see on the picture that part is so deformed it cannot be fixed.

For the money they ask for the noozle we can buy a new different kind of hotend. And because we had lots of problems with this one we diceded to do so. So we are now waiting for the new part to arrive - of course we print all the time with the new printer.
